(2) To allow you to enjoy various value-added optimization services provided by BitData, you can choose whether to authorize BitData to collect your information. Without your consent, BitData cannot provide you with various optimization services, although this does not affect the implementation of basic services and functions.

Information submitted by users: When you register with BitData, you need to provide an email address for identity verification and communication purposes. We use effective methods to verify the correctness and validity of your personal information.

User profile details: In addition to mandatory registration information, we also collect optional information such as your name, identity, company, and position. The completeness of your profile enhances opportunities for business networking and other benefits.

Contact information: When you invite friends to join BitData, you may provide their phone numbers. This information is solely used to send invitations or other relevant communications. You may also optionally add personal information about your contacts, which only you can see. Information you provide about your contacts also adheres to this privacy policy.

Location information: If you enable location-based services on your mobile device while using BitData, we may collect and use your location information to customize services relevant to your location. You can disable location services on your mobile device, but this may prevent you from using location-based services or affect their effectiveness.

For completing orders of value-added services: You may need to provide third-party payment platform (Alipay, WeChat Pay) account information and choose a payment method. We may share your username, relevant third-party payment platform account information, order payment details, and other necessary anti-money laundering information with these platforms through embedded SDKs within our application.

Non-personal data identification: In addition to personal information, we may collect non-personal statistical information through your IP address to further improve BitData services. For example, when you browse a webpage, information such as the URL, time of access, browser type, and ISP providing access services is automatically recorded.

When using the BitData App:

- When undergoing real-name authentication, BitData may verify your identity based on the information you submit, including the enterprise legal representative's ID information.

- When using the “Phone Contacts” feature with your consent, BitData may collect and match contact information from your address book with relevant database information to provide you with query results.

(3) When using the BitData App's scanning function, we require permissions such as “camera - take pictures” to upload images and “storage - read external storage” to access and save images on external storage.

1. User information will be categorized and graded, and displayed to contacts according to the user's wishes. 2. When you use the BitDataApp, some of our services or functions require the use of third-party SDKs to assist or directly provide related services. Currently, our SDK partners include:

(1) For statistical analysis purposes, our products integrate the “appflyer” SDK, which collects your device's International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), iOS Advertising Identifier (IDFA), device MAC address, and device model information. For your information security, we have strictly agreed with the SDK service provider on data security and confidentiality obligations to ensure strict compliance with our data privacy and security requirements. We will not share your personal information with them unless we obtain your consent.

(2) To enable real-time chat functionality, we integrate the “Easemob SDK”. For your information security, we have strictly agreed with the SDK service provider on data security and confidentiality obligations to ensure strict compliance with our data privacy and security requirements. We will not share your chat information with them unless we obtain your consent.

3. Without your explicit consent, BitData will not transfer your information to any entity. If BitData discovers such behavior from users, we will terminate cooperation and hold them accountable.

Four, How We Protect and Store Information

(1) We will take strict measures to protect your privacy. Our important information systems have passed the third-level evaluation of network security protection, ensuring that your privacy rights are not violated. Whenever you provide us with any personal information, we will take effective measures to protect your information (except as required by law or government).

(2) We collect information to provide you with better services and avoid collecting information unrelated to providing services to you. We store your information on servers within our country and retain your information for the necessary period to provide services to you.

(3) BitData will not store your information beyond the necessary time. When you choose to opt out, terminate services, delete your account, or BitData no longer provides services to you, we will delete your information.

Five, How We Protect Minors' Information

(1) BitData provides services to individuals with full legal capacity. Individuals without legal capacity, children, minors, etc., cannot apply for accounts and services without explicit consent from their guardians.

(2) Even if individuals without legal capacity, children, minors, etc., have obtained explicit consent from guardians, to fulfill the responsibility of protecting minors and individuals without legal capacity, we only provide services to them or use and disclose information in accordance with laws and regulations, regulatory requirements, explicit consent of guardians, and necessary circumstances to protect minors and individuals without legal capacity.

You can query your information through the following methods. When using the BitDataApp, you can enter “My-Edit-Personal Information Page” to query; if you need to query information such as your related party of interest or posted content record, please enter the “My” page to query.

2. Changing authorization scope.

Each business function needs the corresponding personal information to complete. For the collection and use of additional personal information related to realizing BitData service additional functions, you can give or withdraw your authorization consent at any time. You can contact BitData customer service or change your mobile device settings to give or withdraw your authorization consent. After you withdraw your consent, we will no longer process the corresponding personal information. However, your decision to withdraw consent will not affect the personal information processing previously conducted based on your authorization.

3. Information update.

(1) In order to maintain long-term contact with your contacts, you can update and modify your personal information to make it valid when there is a change in your personal profile. You can easily log in with your registered name and password at any time.

(2) When you find errors in the personal information we process about you, you can log in to the BitDataApp “My-Settings-Account & Security” page to correct it at any time, or go to the web page's upper right corner, click on your username link button, and modify it on the jump page; If you need to modify information such as parties of interest you follow, please enter the BitDataApp “My” page for modification, or go to the web page and hover over your username in the top right menu to select the corresponding column for modification.

4. Information deletion.

Under the following circumstances, you can enter the BitDataApp “My-Settings-Account & Security” to delete part of your information, or go to the web page's upper right corner, click on your username link button, and delete it in the pop-up page; If you find that information cannot be deleted, you can contact BitData customer service:

(1) If BitData collects, uses, or processes your information without your consent;

(2) If BitData's collection, use, or processing of information violates agreements and conventions with you;

(3) If you are using BitData services or if you have already logged out of your BitData account;

(4) If BitData no longer provides services to you.

5. Account cancellation.

You can apply to cancel your account through the following methods:

a) Log in to BitDataApp and submit an account cancellation request through “My-Settings-Cancel Account”;

b) You can send an email to BitData customer service email to submit your account cancellation request, and we will assist you in applying to cancel your account.

7. How does this “Privacy Policy” change

1. BitData may modify the Privacy Policy in accordance with laws and regulations, regulatory requirements, service content, and the necessity of collecting information. If there are significant modifications to the policy on the use of user personal information, we will notify you via email or other prominent methods.

2. Without your explicit consent, we will not reduce the rights you should enjoy according to this “Privacy Policy.” We will publish any changes made to this “Privacy Policy” on a dedicated page.
